SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will ship out when your transaction is processed and cleared which can be anywhere from 24-48 hours. During a VLB hair sales the processing can be anywhere from 48-72 hours. Once your order is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped.

Shipping time frame:

VLB only ships orders Monday-Friday. We do not ship orders on the weekends and/or on Holidays.

Standard shipping takes 2-3 business days via USPS (local) 

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days via USPS

(outside of Texas) 

 

Overnight shipping 1-2 days if orders are placed before 10:30am CST. via USPS

** Please keep in mind during VLB hair sales and Holiday season shipping can take up to 5-10 business days.
