RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS.

We exercise a very strict quality control to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair extensions. The item and or items must be mailed for exchange in its original condition, no exceptions. VirginLocksBoutique will NOT accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, all tags and packaging must be included.

If you want to exchange an item you will need to email our customer service department FIRST at virginlocksboutique@gmail.com They will send you the future instructions. We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed picked cut, or washed) in any way. 

TO EXCHANGE 

1. Customer must have received the wrong item

2. Items must be in its original condition as stated above

3. Ship back for exchange within 7 days of receipt items meeting the above condition maybe returned within 7 days of the receipt for an exchange. If 7 days have gone by since you received our package and it is not posted marked unfortunately we cant offer you a refund or exchange. 

Processing Exchanges

Once your exchange is receive and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed. 

Also if you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES DONE TO YOUR HAIR BY "YOU"  DYE, CURLING, CUTTING ETC. SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP WHEN DOING THESE THINGS!
